Love it

This app is just what I needed for my breathing practice!
Different levels from beginner to advanced. I am just a beginner and already feeling the benefits of box breathing!

Wish I could love this

I so much wanted to love this app as I’m trying to incorporate regular box breathing but the voice it uses so overly excited and with strong American accent that I can’t relax listening to it. I also can’t easily work out if there’s a way to switch it off.
Am totally willing to improve this review but right now can’t use this app how I had hoped and couldn’t see any way to contact creator directly with any questions or queries
