Bravecto Reminder 4+

As a corporate company, the makers of Bravecto should be totally embarrassed for offering up such a useless app. Have had the same problems as other reviewers and have had to revert to using Calendar reminders. Seriously, how difficult would it be to invest in a little bit of money to get this app working properly? Or scrap the app all together and don’t market it to your customers. Here’s hoping that the crappiness of their app in no way reflects the quality of the product itself.

I don’t know what happened with the last update. It was working fine before that, now even when I’ve clicked ‘give bravecto’, it keeps telling me that the dogs are due now. Also it keeps closing up while doing pet update info and comes up with a random ok button which you have to click to get rid of it. I’ve been using this app since it first came out, but if they don’t fix it I’ll have to just put reminders in my phone instead. PLEASE have the option for reminders for either ticks or fleas. I give it every 4 months for paralysis tick prevention as we don’t have a flea problem. It is annoying when it reminds you that the pet is due when I still have a month to go.

I think you need an an account where you can add your email address to ensure continuity of product. My last phone got broken and I had been using Bravecto for a few times. Since obtaining a new phone, all the information I placed in to the old phone/app has disappeared. If there was a way to ensure we could just log in and all our data and info would still be there , that would be great
