BRIDJ is a new way to get around your city. We are on demand public transport, powered by technology that cleverly groups travellers with a similar journey path and dynamically routes the vehicle to reduce overall journey time. We adapt to the way your city moves, instead of the other way around. To get started, download our APP, enter where your trip begins, and where you want to go. If you’re traveling within our service area, we’ll match you up with other users headed in the same direction. We’ll provide you with handy walking directions to your pick up location. Then we’ll drop you off within a short walk of wherever you’re going.

Each ride on BRIDJ costs significantly less than a taxi, and generally a similar price to traditional public transport. Plus, when you ride on BRIDJ you’re always guaranteed a seat and access to on board WiFi, so you can either relax or be productive.

We’ve been listening to your feedback and as a result, we have made the following key improvements:
1. You will now receive a more accurate pick-up time and a push notification 15 minutes ahead of your allocated pick-up window;
2.You will then receive further pick-up updates and push notifications as you trip gets even closer.

I like using this service but don’t like the new system

I just want to add a few suggestions on what could make this service better and not lead you guys to have more customers rage quit.
1. allow customer to pick a specific time for you to pick them up. The time a lot fall short when I say leave work at 5 and it’s a 7 minute walk to a bus stop but you choose to arrive at an inconvenient time before I arrive let’s say 5:03.
2. The general idea when catching a bus is to get on when it arrives not being denied because the specific bus for you time slot hasn’t arrived yet.
3. Customers would like to communicate (like Uber) prior bus arrive is case there is an issue. This point to point 1 when it comes to having an inconvenient time. We would like to talk to make things easier.

Please take these suggestions into consideration or this service will tank.

Absolute joke

This app and service are absolutely ridiculous. Get used to waiting for 30mins due to changing arrival times at the last minute. It will regularly take me 37mins to travel a 7min journey using this service, especially since the so-called ‘update’. Drivers at times will also arrive at the wrong stop place for pickup and there is no way to communicate with drivers beforehand if this happens. Drivers will also arrive late and outside the wide window of supposed arrival times. I have also observed drivers dropping off at the wrong location as the location booked is not the same as the location that their in-bridj device displays.

Sync to train times (this is crucial), use logic when creating arrival times, make services more direct and more frequent, have an arrival time instead of changing this every 5mins which makes it impossible to plan, improve the app system so that the drivers arrive at the right place for pickup. Customers also expect drivers to arrive on time and at least within the window that is booked.
Very disappointed. Amazingly you’ve achieved a mode of transport that is more inefficient and unreliable than local buses. This is definitely a last resort for transport.

He's so rude!! When I entered the bus I initially smiled and say hi to him to show courtesy and he didn't respond at all he just asked my name. Then when Im about to arrive in my destination I told him that I don't usually alight on that bus stop in a very polite way first of all because the bus stop across is in front of my house and he is going back on that same direction as well and lastly the bus stop that he is about to stop is currently closed because it's in front of covid clinic. I usually alight in that same bus stop every time I use Bridj and all of the drivers that I met before was really nice and accommodating but Sammy was so rude! When I told him that I'll be alighting on the bus stop across he raised his voice on me me and showed me that he is annoyed and told me that other people used to alight on that bus stop in front of covid clinic I just didn't answer back coz he is older than me. But seriously it's not hard to talk nicely.
