Disgusting
TLDR: Charges a monthly fee of $40 and I didn’t even download this
Absolute trash. I don’t remember downloading this. It charged me money and I did not even use it! Do not lie and say it is a free trial as the option did not come up and do not even try to say it is in the terms and conditions. You are playing with money and consumers put trust in you, how dare you charge me unknowingly! I sound like a ‘let me see your manager lady’ however this is unacceptable. Your petty excuse of ‘it’s for app development’ is complete bull and I want to say that $40 is well over enough to develop this, not only that, but it is a monthly charge I cannot cancel! At least tell me how to cancel this.

Hello! If money has been written off from your account, it means that you have signed up for an automatically renewable subscription. For security reasons, developers do not have access to user accounts, so in order to cancel a subscription you need:
1. enter the phone settings;
2. select "iTunes Store and App Store";
3. hereinafter "View Apple ID" (you may need to enter a password or use a Touch ID);
4. click on "Subscriptions";
5. then select the type of subscription and then "Unsubscribe".

Disgusting
Every genuine businessman won’t do the business this way. You take advantage for those whose English is not well. That’s why they use your app. But you on purposely set this automatic renew subscription to lead and cheat people. Your business won’t last long!!!
4 of 5 people in your reviews history were cheated by this and charged money they don’t want to pay. And you still don’t do anything. My mum’s English is not good that’s why she got tricked and never use it. please return the money back!!!

Hello!
When you first start the application, AppStore warns that after the trial period expires, the subscription fee will be charged. Accordingly, if you have been charged money, then you have signed up for an automatically renewable subscription. You can find out how to manage and cancel your subscriptions in the instructions: https://support.apple.com/HT202039.
For security reasons, developers do not have access to user accounts, since we use standard Apple subscriptions.
