Getting better
App has had some problems but with the latest release and improved customer service it is getting there. Worth it… one spot for punters. It’s also great to be able to challenge mates to achieve more. Even challenging colleagues on Wordle is fun.
Not up to par
Gave them a shot. They don’t have a website only the app. The app had technical difficulties for 2 hours today during Saturday racing, I was unable to bet or use the app whatsoever even though I had money deposited. Not worth the risk, use the other ‘powerhouses’ in the online gambling space.
Worst betting app I have ever used - and I have used a lot!
I hardly ever write reviews but this app is so bad I had to warn people about it. I could not use the racing or sports betting function - I accept it is new but if you go live with it, make sure it works. I was able to copy someone else’s bet so I could get a bet on but when I tried that again, the app freezes on me. It is an unmitigated disaster. Don’t waste your time or money - you are 100% about to lose. If they didn’t advertise on SEN, I would have thought I was scammed.
