Welcome to our updated resident app, which has been recently redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up! The resident app provides the most essential components of the BuildingLink resident website. If you don’t see some of the below options, they might not be enabled for your property.

Ratings and Reviews
Pretty awful
The app (and associated website) have a terrible UI and user experience. It’s typical of an app that is selected by people that isn’t from its main user base but they are the ones that pay for it. I.e. strata finds the cheapest thing available and all the residents have to use this terrible app.
There are such basic things wrong with it (radio buttons for selecting yes or no but you can select both), basic 101 stuff. Not happy having to use. This and won’t out anything even vaguely related to personal info into it.
Horrific user experience - avoid if possible
A good idea but poorly executed. Avoid if possible.
Building owners and tenants would do well to advise their Body Corporates and Building Managers to avoid this app, or at least ensure alternative and more user friendly and reliable communications channels are also available.
The BuildingLink app has a poor design and user experience. Phone numbers and email addresses are difficult to add, update and validate.
Terrible system
The app has been down for 48 hours
I've just moved into my brand new apartment and need a few things fixed, the only way to log these jobs is via this app, I only have 30 days and even calling the business I am unable to log maintenance repairs
They have no eta of when this will be fixed
