Account blocking without warning

If you decide to share your other social media accounts, Bumpy will block your account without warning as these acts are considered “inappropriate messages”.

“we warn users and ask them to communicate only in our application for your safety” - there was no warning, there was no asking. I had my account blocked for sharing my Snapchat and WhatsApp details.

Hello, Aalltteexx04! I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. The point is that we care about the safety of our users, so we always ask you to be careful and not to leave our application to avoid fraud or manipulation. However, we do not prohibit you from sharing your other messengers with others. But, if you are actively sending the same messages to many users in a short period of time, your actions may appear suspicious. And unfortunately, we are forced to block such users.
