Can’t login, slow service
I registered for an account with Bundll over three weeks ago and since then my account has been blocked and then unblocked but I am still unable to login to my account. I continue to get an error stating my password or email is incorrect when in fact it is not. I have spoke with numerous staff Over chat but no one can fix anything. Everything is referred off to the verification team which never get back to you.
The service has been so slow and I am becoming uneasy about Bundll having my bank details.
This is such a wonderful app but I can’t even use it, so I guess it’s not that great.
Bundll. You need to organise a hotline or a chat that is connected directly to someone who can fix account issues. Three weeks to fix an issue is not acceptable and I’m sure you can understand my frustration.
I would recommend no one register for this service until bundll has sorted out all these issues as I can see by the reviews that I am not the only one experiencing this issue and receiving slow service.
No cool bundll. Not cool.
Log in, worst customer service
This is the third time writing a review as I haven’t been able to log in from the second day I used the app, that was about a month ago. They were talking to me and now have ignored my email, have not helped and have released no update that helps.
2 months on they still have not fixed my issue and they will not even email me back, I’ve issued to close my account 4 times and have had no response at all. Worst team operating this app. I wish you could give worse than one star. They are pathetic.

Stumbled a little during the application process, but after putting in the information a 2nd time it worked.
That being said, I managed to sign up for it in a bar and buy a round of drinks within 30 mins so that’s neat!
