Been ordering from Burgee Chef for awhile now, very consistent quality and really good all round. Speedy delivery and if theres an issue, they are quick to help.

Food not actually ready

The app tells you your food is ready but it’s actually nowhere near ready…isn’t there just a button the staff can press when it’s ready to tell you it’s ready?
I mean we’re in a pandemic…hanging out for 15 minutes unnecessarily seems… bad…

My account is deleted since update

I just update the app and tried log in with my account but it says the email or password is incorrect

I tried on the website and it says that there is no record of my account and the user must have deleted it

I only ordered through the old app last weekend with those same credentials and have not deleted my account

something has messed up with this update and my account has been deleted!!

Hey, thanks for reaching out.

You will be able to create a new account using the same email address you used previously.

When we updated the app we also optimised some of the systems behind the scenes. Unfortunately accounts that were already made weren't able to be transferred across.
