Travel Feedback: Annoying
Travel was okay but i had some personal horrible experience with the staff and services.
Firstly, when the bus stopped for lunch - my younger kid was sleeping and the staff to save fuel switched off the AC ( I am a frequent traveller but none of the travels do the same and staff should be aware of people sleeping)
Secondly, playing too loud audio and repetitive audio - (the bus will halt for 20 min for dinner break), which is insane.
Third, with kid and luggage i was supposed to get down at JNTU , i have been constantly asking the bus pilot from bhel stop, he was saying its yet to come, when reached i requested to STOP , then the cleaner started stating there is no stop here, which is annoying. I was let down at Kukatpally which is almost 3 km away from my desired stop, great to have basic sense which is missing,when there is no stop as requested the same should be conveyed to me, i would have got down at ahead (Nizampet x Roads), the cleaner boy( with beard) was so arrogant. The management should emphasise on customer service and train employee to have basic customer serving skills which is absolutely missing, i will strongly recommend family and friends to be aware with you guys( If possible not to travel with you guys).
Rip off, Miss leading Bookings
Booked for a luxuary Bus with Wash room and ended up in old Bad bus with no charging point on my seat. Changing picking point by after booked the initial ticket and not compensating is very unfrofessional. Not a happy customer.
