The app contains the following subscription options:
- 1 month with a 3-day free trial period
- 3 months without a trial period
- 6 months without a trial period
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Free trial subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

It’s nice but Still confused
I love the app so far— it makes it much more easier for me to think up meals and it’s a lot more exciting to use than myfitnesspal. However, I want to be able to change the amount of calories I eat. Can you already do that in the app? I want my calories to be at 1200 and to track my macros. If you can’t do that already PRETTY PLEASE add that! I love it and really want to switch to this and use it everyday.
Scammed out of $600
I downloaded this app for a $1 trial and after seeing what the app was about I realised it wasn’t what I was after so I cancelled on the same day.
I was then charged $120 so I contacted their customer service who have said I mustn’t of cancelled because “there’s no way the charge would be processed”.
I checked my getfit account and it said I had no active subscriptions so I have no clue how it wasn’t cancelled... I was frustrated but thought ‘oh well, I’ll just try and cancel again and accept the loss’... NOPE I then got charged for ANOTHER renewal!?? I have now been charged several times (over $600!!!!!) for an app that I DON’T EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO!?
I have cancelled again today with hopes that I don’t lose any more money.
If you’re going to scam people out of money, at least give them a product/app access in return.

SCAM ALERT AND FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!!! SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE APPSTORE
Seen other reviews with the same issue as mine. I signed up for the $1 free trial thing 2 days ago and I cancelled the next day, and today I was charged $125 for a 2 month subscription, when last time I checked a 1 month subscription is only like 16 bucks, very disappointed, reached out to customer service and explained to them my situation, still yet to wait on a reply.
On top of that, all the 5 star reviews are fake, this app is a scam and should be removed off the App Store, have absolutely 0 customer service and when I asked for a even a partial refund when I should be given and full refund, got nothing back.
Also when I explained to them that I needed this money for rent, they showed 0 empathy what so ever, so now I’m even more stressed than before now with $125 less in my bank.
