Ratings and Reviews
No savings, no reason to consider working toward a reward.
This app touts itself as having the best saving reward program on the market. That could not be anymore incorrect. Just off averages if I use my AMPOL 10c off per litre I ave $312 per year. I can also earn Woolworths points with that discount which adds to further savings. Values have decided you can only choose either their 500 points offer for a whopping $10 after spending around $1000 on fuel, and also not be able to obtain your RACQ 4c/l discount. You must choose between one that is ok at best, or the rewards app that requires so much spending you end up spending more than $312/year in savings. If anything it’s a complete farce and possibly misleading and deceptive conduct. I gain nothing from from the rewards program that is of tangible value. The only way to gain is if the fuel prices are at least 10c/l less than all other competitors.
Not only will I cease to use this rewards app, but I will cease to use Caltex entirely unless it is my only option.

Has this App ever worked properly? NO
Last straw yesterday. It’s telling me to update but I’m up to date. Miss out on my discount because the lady said I have to update it. 😡 most of the time the person just overrides it and I get my discount. They often say it’s not working. Yes on the occasion that it does work. It works okay. But I think that’s only been a handful of times when I’ve been more than 50 times. Not getting my discount yesterday. Yes it’s only small but I should get a discount. Why do you have this app? If it doesn’t benefit the customer you ask us to sign up and it’s been nothing but a headache. 😤 please look at it and fix it. Thank you.

Update or else no access but
Ok I comply, I attempted to open the app, however it placed a Stop sign in from me advising that a NEW Version is available, so as I always do I complied & clicked to update (only as you DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE). After arriving in the Apple App Store I see that I have NO OPTION to update as there is only an OPEN option.
Oh great I arrive back where the user is advised that a New Version is available, so please update. HELP!!!
Solution: Delete old version & install new version.
Poor work developers.
