Missing search bar

About a month ago, it might have happened after an update. I am unable To search for any tutors and it has made it frustrating to connect with tutors. I have done everything that technical support has asked me to do. And issues is still unresolved. Please let me know what else I can do to fix this problem.

Why 1 hour study limit per day?i want 3 hour limit per day.

I purchased a one-year course package with three hours per week. , I want to upgrade my plan to five hours a week, but you only allow one hour a day. Very inconsistent with my work habits, because I have to work during the day. Then I can dedicate five hours a week, but I don't dedicate one hour every day. Sometimes I may study for three hours a day on Saturdays and Sundays. Or study for two hours a day, then I don't think the rules of your package are reasonable. If you cancel the limit on the number of hours used per day, or use it for up to three hours per day. That way, I will definitely upgrade to your most expensive package.

Loose of money

This app is a waste of money. That’s why I’ve never try to pay online courses, but I believed in this one and I downloaded it and paid for 15 minutes 3 days a week for 3 months, and it’s been three times that I lose my 15 minutes of class because the tutors said they don’t listen to me and just left the classroom and it makes me lose my complete 15 minutes that I already paid to have and just lose it because the app or they don’t have a good connection, this have to be fixed if they see that we couldn’t take the class time we paid in advance. I am really upset with this, is my money and really expensive it it, also they just making fun of us and don’t look after the client to give a better experience. PLEASE NEVER PAY THIS YOU WILL LOSE YOU MONEY, ALSO I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
I will wait for someone to read this and give me an answer back.

I'm sorry you had that experience. Just so you are aware, you can report this issue and get the minutes refunded immediately via the website. Just go to the Progress Tab and then click the Help icon for that lesson.
