Worst app to get your ticket at last minute booking
I bough a bus ticket from Sihanouk ville to Phnom Penh departing at 7:30am and chose a seat number. I didn’t received a phone or email confirmation, but I trust the company as I used to get tickets from Camboticket before, so I thought it should be fine. Only I found out there is no such booking at the bus station at 7:30am. I contacted Camboticket immediately but I didn’t get response as quick as it is. I had to board the bus at 7:30am and pay another ticket for that. Later on I was told I was replaced to the 9:00am ticket. But I didn’t need it anymore since I already on the bus. I was told that I couldn’t get refund or anything. All I said is I wasted my money and time for Camboticket and thanks for that. Absolutely I’d never use it again.
Great service!
We have booked a private taxi service from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Very easy booking process, great customer service and most importantly great value for money.
