Candy Crush Saga 4+

Since updating Candy Crush there’s no landscape position to play it on . Now if you want to play it , it’s a vertical upright position . I’ve had c/crush since it came out so now why change it . Landscape was the best to use and hold it . It’s so hard to play for me this way . It’s hard on the eyes to play for me . Can you please correct it when you do the new update. I’m sure there will a lot of players who miss it and want the original landscape style back to stay . I have such a high score but I feel the need not to play. I would play it every single day . At least my iPhone & other iPads still have landscape but there score levels are much lower so I won’t update them.
Can you please please please return this amazing game back to its original format please on the next update. If I’d known this would happen I wouldn’t have updated it .
Please can you return it back to landscape position to hold the game .

I enjoy the game but there’s a lot of issues that really annoy me. Here’s a few : 1) The game crashing for no reason causing you to lose your progress and win streak (especially when almost finishing a hard level) and also just resetting itself if I change to another App and come back. Funnily enough I’ve noticed it happens when about to pass a hard level and have +5 win streak. 2) when wining good bonuses on the “spring climb” a lot of the time I progress through (and spend gold so I don’t lose it if caught) and don’t get the time limit it just won. For example (and this happened to me yesterday) I win ‘2 hours’ on the colour bomb, to then go and play and it’s says I only have 30mins left. It happens a lot of the time. 3) inconsistency with being able to watch ads for rewards or extra life. There’s no pattern to when you can use it. The options there one level and gone the next. Or just not there at all. I don’t know if it’s meant to but very annoying when you want to use it and don’t have the choice.
4) Watching ads for rewards (when it actually appears) to then not receive anything after watching.

I’ve spent several hundreds over the years playing this game getting to the high 4000’s- I find it relaxing - or I used to until they changed it so that you lose a life when you reset the board. Given that some levels are so difficult that resetting the board until you get your boosters where you want them is absolutely necessary, this is just an unconscionable cash grab. Why not be inventive (like you used to be, King) adding value for players to purchase rather than just removing what you had already given. One of the reasons I’ve never spent anything on Candy Soda (although I still play it) is the inability to reset the board. It makes the game slow and frustrating and is a disincentive to buy extras. Contrast with my spending where you could reset the board, make some progress, feel good about playing, keep playing, keep spending. Get the picture King? I’ve often thought about quitting when things got a bit hard - but kept going - however, unless this issue is fixed I will choose to spend my time (and money) on Bubblemania which still has issues but at least they appear to listen to feedback and fix things that frustrate paying customers.
