The game is great, and if you play if every day the rewards are excellent. But it has a serious flaw in the extra moves option if you need to watch an ad. The ads often freeze or don’t pay out if you hit the X too early. You don’t get the option to go back and continue to watch. Some days you you don’t get any success in watching ads for extra moves (like today 10/10 failures to show ads to the end) and it’s extremely frustrating!

Disappointing service will never purchase from this game or any associated king companies and caution other before doing so. I’ve been playing this game for 8 years in which I have purchased many bundles over the years. For the first time in that time frame I’ve had an issue in not receiving the package in which I purchased only to be refused a refund or replacement of the missing boosters as they are quote: “unable to find issues with the purchases that you are reporting. Our system show that the booster have been correctly received and used.”

They go on to say they will be unable to compensate or refund anything for this transaction and that quote: “This is not to say there was not an issue as it may just be the faulty purchase is a a different one, in which case we would just need to see the correct Proof of Purchase.” No other transaction have been made in that time frame which makes the follow up sentence illogical and unnecessary, proof was given in the receipt and screen shots of the time frame showing the boosters where not present.

After 8 years it’s time to delete this app and all associated King affiliated apps as I don’t appreciate companies whom take advantage of loyal honest consumers. I will personally be pursuing this matter further with Apple then the ACCC.

I have already reported this issue. Not resolved. I will be deleting the app if not fixed.
On opening the app the “Social Updates” screen comes up first and I can’t escape out of any of the social updates screens/prompts to get to the actual game unless I’m prepared to click on all the affirmative prompt options in the Social Updates right through to the point of sending a message to someone I don’t even know. Even if it is just an emoji!. I have no idea who “Kimmy” is in the USA who has been in the game since 2011, and certainly don’t want to be her friend! If Kimmy is a fake friend (part of the app) and the Social Update steps I’m having trouble with, are just a “sampler”/guidance pages to show us a feature, then at least make that clear please.
On one screen the x close icon displays in the top right corner but it doesn’t appear to respond (I would expect that should allow me to close out of/escape the social updates screens but it doesn’t)
I didn’t upload this app to make social connections with strangers. I uploaded it to play a game.
Socially connecting with other players has always been optional but now you are forcing players to socially connect through the game.
Not interested!
This needs to remain optional!
