Love the app but…
There’s two thing,
One, i wish my graph from my computer with all my indicators updated my phone and vice versa. And two, the annoying 5/10 seconds that you have to wait to get into the app as it connects, wish it was instant, potentially miss out on closing a trade /buying. Otherwise nice clear chart and layout, good for beginners!

Bad customer service and data stealing
You get attracted by the app with a flowery description and over 2k 4.5+ ratings. So you download the app and create an account.
To create an account you habe to first provide all your information- name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address. They then ask you your salary information and how much money will you be bringing. They ask you your risk appetite and reject your application. If you created an app only for rich people, include it in your application description. Nowhere does it say eligibility criteria- you need over xxxxx amount or risk appetite or must live in a swanky neighbourhood. And when I ask the reason why my application was rejected- crickets, no response at all. I ask for my data to be deleted -why should I allow an app where I am not welcome have my data. Apps like these should be reported for data theft. And customer service - pathetic. No response to your questions. Mid conversation you are told - “it was a pleasure talking to you”.
No it wasn’t. Delete my data from your app.

Great Alternative
I’ve come from other trading platforms and Capital is really quite good. There are a few kinks that make things slightly frustrating between the desktop to mobile experience and even after a year of using the mobile app, I still accidentally press buttons that I wasn’t intending to but all in all the overall experience is still better than other platforms I’ve tested.
