Great product

Really loving the product other then one thing, the voices are really static/staticy. Me and a friend have the duo setup and have even tried messing around with the settings and nothing fixes it. Other then that really really love the product and would definitely recommend!

The latest firmware

My Cardo edge was working well in January 2023 the last firm Ware upgrade .
I having issues with sound volume control. Cardo has taken control of my apple phone volume and wont allow me to reduce the volume.
The cardo volume control is not working correctly. It is jumping volume adjust up in multiples levels / leaps. Stopping my phone from reducing the volume level to level that i want . NEED AS TOO LOUD AND IS HURTING MY HEARING . Sometimes when i move the volume wheel? It makes no adjust at all. I move it one click at a time and does nothing. It then leaps multiple levels in two jumps ..
the volume is far to high for my in ear moulded speaker set up. It is at level that is causing hearing issues.
I considering taking my unit back to the supplier this morning. If it is not a faulty edge ! I want a refund.
I brought it in January replacing my slim. I’m seriously regretting the purchase.

Make contact with the Australian supplier this morning ,with intention of returning it to MCAS the where i purchased ..
this work perfectly out the box when purchased in January . I’m very disappointed that it has been altered by updates from how it was supplied at point of purchase.

In theory it should be great but I’ve found it lacking.

I have not found it to be stable - keeps dropping in and out of connection with the app. I have the latest iPhone and MacBook Pro but I’ve had a battle to simply get things to work. Also have a problem with the fact that the serial number is not engraved on the unit but only a sticker - mine came off while installing the unit and I had real problems with the firmware update as you can’t do that without having the serial number. I have a lot more to say about it as a called supper in Australia and the response was - well I’ve never heard of that happening before with no follow up and no resolution. Terrible customer service even though the person was nice, I don’t think that they’re given the tools they need.
