Can’t reset pin to login.Can’t report problem

I used to get notifications of invoices, which wasn't all that reliable but it was a good reminder to log in and check my invoices, for two weeks now I haven’t received any notifications despite many invoices coming through, I have checked all settings on my phone to no avail. I was going to reinstall but after reading other reviews I’m concerned that if I do that, I might lose all functionality.When viewing invoices it’s hit and miss if the app actually displays the invoice.When trying to check invoices from previous months, the process is needlessly painful. The invoices are sorted by month, which is good, but if I want to check on an invoice from 6 months ago I have to tap back through to the right month then scroll down to find the invoice, which is also ok (a calendar format might work well here), when I open it to view it, then go back because it was the wrong one, it takes me right back to the current month. I get sometimes as many as 5 invoices from a single provider each week, so I’m looking at starting from the beginning every time and hoping I don’t forget which invoices I’ve already looked at.I’m pretty disappointed, for an app that is made for people with disabilities and their carers to streamline the already complicated NDIS process it does a really poor job. It hasn’t been updated in 4 years at this point and I feel it’s a little overdue. It’s great that it’s free but I’d rather pay for an app that worked properly and was more user friendly.

Haven’t been able to view invoices for the year+ that I’ve had the app. Now I can view the current month but the rest glitch me back to the current month and don’t open the one I’m requesting.

This app is a lifesaver. Quick and easy to review and approve invoices and view your funding, monthly summaries and plan budget breakdown. I love it!
