This game just takes your money

I’ve played this game for a while but I won’t be spending another cent on it as after the update it seems all they want is to take your money and for a game that doesn’t pay you real money it’s a joke I even got all the letters on the board for a game at 5 bil a spin then after update they were reset back to none I’ve wrote to support and been told it will be fixed but going on over a week now and still not fixed or had a reply.

Needs to improve..all your loyal players are ready to quit !

Sadly the greatness of this game has decreased rapidly in the last 6 months. The jackpots have decreased, and occur less often, tasks and missions have become harder to achieve. The only thing that has increased are the ridiculous amounts that you expect players to pay for coin packages & bonus packages.. I run a very successful CTS player group. When we started the group we had over 400 members who loved playing CTS…sadly a lot of players have become disillusioned, frustrated and angry with how money hungry the game & its creators have become…it takes too long to get new chips between releases, and a lot of people struggle to get the chips they need to complete sets and the album because they can’t win enough money to keep playing. You dont listen to the complaints made by your players, and you don’t seem interested in rectifying the issues or replying to players when they raise their concerns with you. Sadly our group has now reduced to 250 players, and quite a few more are talking about not playing the game after this current album finishes…CTS you are ruining the game for yourselves and all your loyal players…stop thinking about just making money and start giving the players a real reason to want to keep playing 😡😡😡

Good and not so good

I agree with several other players. You can sometimes spin 50 to 75 times to get 15 basic winning spins. I have won the grand prize twice which is better than many other slots. But I also have lost 10 billion coins before I won a special ( with conservative betting).

YOU USED TO BE SO MUCH BETTER.
I’m quite disheartened. On the one hand you can spend money (not a lot but 5 -10 dollars) and get some big amounts to play with. But the big jackpots are few and far between. In one game I have played over a year I can now win 80 spins at 4X, 35 spins at 3X, or 8. - 10 spins at 2X. I have gotten the special for the last 9 times in a row ( when I have actually won the special, which is not very often) and it’s always 2 X bonus. My big winnings from paying for things is gone in less than an hour because there are no big jackpots to make the spins last longer.
So no more money from me until I start winning some decent jackpots…not just the mini level every time. Then I’ll start investing in the game again.
