The Cat® SIS2GO app helps you maintain, troubleshoot, and repair your Cat equipment.

Two levels of SIS2GO access are available:
• Cat Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Parts Manuals, and the ability to identify, verify and seamlessly order Cat parts from independent Cat dealers are available to all users at no charge.

• An affordable monthly or annual subscription (offered by Caterpillar) gives access to comprehensive Cat Service Manual information. The subscription provides troubleshooting guides, step-by-step repair procedures, tooling information, hydraulic and electrical schematics, and more. Access to service manual information in SIS2GO is included with a SIS 2.0 subscription (offered by Cat dealers).

Optimized for mobile devices, SIS2GO offers a simple, intuitive, and efficient user interface to access Service, Parts, and Operation and Maintenance Manual information. SIS2GO downloaded content is accessible whether you’re connected or not, so you can rely on SIS2GO even when working on the most remote job site.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at-least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Needs a good audit

CAT really needs to go through each machine on sis2go
For example you could be looking through brake system and the document even says something like service brake line gp but it’s clearly something random like a seat.

Things are so mixed up, there are so many important service manuals missing and it doesn’t have every parts document like the normal computer version does.

Can really let you down sometimes and have to come back to the shop to use normal SIS anyway.

New update not working

App worked perfectly before the serial number requirement was added, can’t get it to work at all and view machine information off line. Is there a way to fix this?

I log in. Then it asks for cookies. I accept and then it goes back to login again and keeps doing that.
