Ratings and Reviews
Convenient but also annoying
First annoyance is that they require your mobile number to use the machine, since entering this I have been receiving spammy phone calls! Currently using 2 feeders for my pets as they have feeding restrictions, but the individual feeding plan doesn’t stop the machine dispensing food for the animals when they’ve reached their set daily limit! The collars supplied are too easy for my cats to pull off each other, leaving them unable to access their food, and the keyring provided must be basically touching the food bowl to dispense food (I had to make it longer with extra keyrings). The dispenser door has gotten stuck open on 1 on my machines even though the food is super tiny round pellet shape, so nothing was stuck in it. Only had the machines 1 week, so far I’m slightly underwhelmed, but when they work properly they should be amazing! Please fix the feeding plan issue!
App
The Machine itself is amazing but the app is horrible and definitely needs updating for the prices being payed for machines ect the least you could expect was a great app to follow.
Super simple
5 stars! Super easy to connect, my wifi is not in the same room and it connected with ease. This product will hopefully make a big difference in my life!
