CeX: Tech & Games, Buy & Sell 4+

Um hello

I love this app, makes trading in at my local cex easy. However it is often when I have 2 or more items that it recently struggles. I scan in one game (in this case: Yoshi's Island DS) and go to scan in a second (in this case: Lego Jurassic World 3DS) and it doesn't register it as being in the 'basket' to sell. Is this a bug or a glitch? I have never had this issue before with the app or even when using it in web browser.

So I compared them both. Web browser worked with no issue even when using the scan function to scan the bar-code. But the app whilst it could find it with the bar-code had issues when I would try to add it to the sell cart. I don't know if it was a lag. Or if it bugged out. Or if for whatever reason it didn't register. Can you maybe look into this please? Hope this feedback helps improve this app and helps boost the business as a whole. I really like buying and selling through the company CEX. Thank you for your time.

You won’t find a better app for a technology store than this. It not only tells you how much an item is, it can also tell you if a specific store has it in stock, and is the only app for any store that tells you the exact trade in value you can get for any item in the giant catalogue. Has saved me so much time and pain, and has made me choose Cex over pretty much every retailer in the same field, also, products that are older, or harder to find, like specific original xbox games, always seem to be plentiful at Cex. Love it.

New app design

With the recent update the search bar is different to use Since the new app design was released the search bar is different to use. Every time I search an item title, the text comes up as completely different word. Now the bar is impossible to use Please fix!!! Can’t even add my voucher because the timeline uses forward slash not double dots. I had to use the website for it. a respond today and told that to update the app which i always been told to do. This issue has not taken seriously like always, lack of communication and very frustrated and poor customer service This app is garbage!
Any item I’ve type on the bar the page comes up blank and I have to use the website to search for a simple item.
There been already few updates and still same issue.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still same issue
Please fix!!!
