Chatbooks - the best way to keep your photos forever.
I found Chatbooks by chance last year. We went on a special 25th anniversary holiday and I had many photos of our amazing trip. I wanted them in a book for my coffee table,
I was not disappointed! The quality of the photos, all taken on my I phone, was exceptional. The app is so easy to use and creating your book couldn’t be easier . I love the ability to move photos, edit them and caption too. I now have a lasting memory of our wonderful trip. I have created 6 Chatbooks now, of family and various holidays. I’ll definitely keep using them, can’t wait till my new order arrives .
Love the products but the app is infuriating
I started getting month books for my son at the beginning of the year so he’s got his own little memories of his family and friends and he loves them! The quality of the books is really good and we all love waiting on his package to turn up every month.
However, the app is so clunky and it seems to be getting harder and harder to use. Which is really disappointing because I feel like once I see this year out of it doesn’t improve I’ll have to find another company to continue ordering his photo books monthly.
It takes on average 3 nights at the beginning of a month for me to finish choosing the pictures and designing the layout for the previous month because it just lags for so long and constantly drops out, changes the elements I’ve already decided on and drops photos from the line up which makes me stop in frustration for the night to try again the next.
Hopefully the app can be improved because I’m happy with the service otherwise.
