Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Happy WHEN questions are answered
The first month, my complex Accounting questions were answered within 18 minutes alas, my last question went unanswered. Disappointing when you pay AUD $35 per month for one question asked. When wanting to post a review, unable to do so, because An auto message bounces up, indicating the nickname is already used. That’s a joke
Terrible customer service
I had been using Chegg for about a year before I tried to cancel the subscription over my uni break. For some reason the cancelling didn’t work, and I ended up having to submit a request to Apple so that I could have it canceled and request a refund.
Fast forward to 2 months after, I went to buy the subscription again, and after I purchased the subscription, my account said I didn’t have one???
I spent over a week trying to resolve this issue with Chegg, sending over emails and chatting with them, but they blamed it on my bank, that the transaction wasn’t working on my banks end. But the problem is MONEY was being withdrawn from my account from Chegg, and it was a successful withdrawal as well( not pending or anything)
So I doubled checked with my bank, no issues there as expected .
I didn’t know what to do except to wait for a response to my request on Chegg email. Obviously no one got back to me, and I got charged again for Chegg.
I have now requested a refund again from Apple because no one has helped me.
I really like Chegg, and I hope I can use it again, but it doesn’t look like it’ll be the case right now.
Disappointing
I’m really disappointed in the way this has worked. I have already paid for subscriptions to chegg in the past and have been told I don’t have a subscription? This time it has done the same and told me I can’t access it until April 2. This is ridiculous as I have already paid the money! It’s impossible to get help as the phone number you have provided doesn’t work and when I tried to reset the password for my old account the revival email never came. So many things going weong and costing me money and I can’t even use the service? Some help would be great but I have not yet been able to get any.
