Love this store a much amazing styles for every occasion! Both website and app is user friendly and easy to navigate. Can honestly say I can’t wait for the day they introduces after pay and zip pay etc so then I can purchase even more outfits before they disappear 🤣 sizing is spot on and quality is amazing I have not had a single item turn up that has been damaged or does not look like what it’s meant to. Everything fits perfectly!!!

I have tried contacting this company in every way possible. I placed an order last week and received an order confirmation and a postal tracking number within 24 hours and I thought wow! Amazing service.
Until I tried tracking my order number on their website…doesn’t exist…
Then tried tracking the postage order number…. Doesn’t exist. I thought maybe I should give it a bit more time. I’ve now left it for a week. Only to come back to it. Still neither of these exist in my order history with this website or the app.
So I tried contacting their customer service via email ( no response for all 3 emails sent), their “live customer service” (get kicked out and pushed back every time I get to “next in the queue”) tried contacting via the Facebook page (get told to contact them via email (already did that) or by phone.
Try calling to phone contact provided… rings twice and then it hangs up.
Try going through Afterpay for a contact number (that contact number says it’s busy no matter when you call or how many times)
I have had no response and no help from this company. I have now gone through Afterpay to have this cancelled and refunded.
In conclusion… save yourself a world of frustration and just don’t buy from here.

Shop at this site quite often. Happy 90 % of the time. The odd time the sizing is out or the colours are nit as vibrant as the photo in a mixed colour item but generally the one colour items are true to the colour in photo. Sometimes order arrived with 2 weeks but also had times when order was 6 weeks. I think they have got more efficient with their delivery in the past 6 months. I like their clothes and happy to chance the odd item nqr
