Super super slow at the moment :(
Running super slow at the moment. Takes a long time to load :(
You’ll never be able to delete your account
The fact that I can’t remove my account from this platform immediately and every time I try it comes up with “error” is a disgrace. This is not safe practice from a Christian app, can’t imagine the stress one would have if their privacy or safety was at risk and this simple function was not “operating”. Contacting the chat help and they ask for your phone number and then nothing happens, another strike against my privacy. Pathetic money making app scamming Christians.
Slow, many shortcomings in search functions.
Not impressed. Expensive. Search functions very limited. The app or website both operate so slowly. The help team ignore the content of help requests and repetitively reference requests back to the non exhaustive FAQ section which is extremely frustrating.
Apple have kindly refunded my costs. Thank you.
Would not recommend.
