Disappointing company
I bought a 13 euros watch from a dealer through Chrono24. The watch had to be sent from Italy to Australia which means I paid an additional 1300 euros for import tax. When the watch got here I took it to service assistance and they said the watch had really serious problems which wouldn’t allow to be worn at all such has it wasn’t water proof. I have got a report with the defects and the repair cost and sent to Chrono24 and the dealer. The dealer has behaved like an idiot denying the issues even though I have a quote and a report detailing the problems. Chrono24 said that the price of the repair 1200 eur was too high for the dealer to bear and they have no power to force the dealer to pay, even though the money I paid for the watch hasn’t been released....right now if I keep the watch I have to pay the repairs which is $1200 if not I will lose 1300 eur because I won’t get a refund for the import tax. Chrono24 is biased towards the dealers and do not protect buyers. They are not a global company because they fail to protect the buyers if they are too distant from the dealers. Additionally buying from a dealer is no guarantee that you will buy quality at all
Gorgeous watch and easy to use
Love this watch. I went to Perth just after getting the watch. Simple press of a couple buttons and it programs itself to the current date and time zone. It feel really great on the wrist and is a thing of beauty to look at.
Great app but..
It’s a great app but some of the feature available on line (most notably showing the watch on an arm to give a bit more perspective on size) isn’t available. I also wish that the notebook (where you can save watches you like) allowed you to take notes on the watch.
