Great Value and Customer Service

I never bother doing reviews but felt compelled to write one. We have had 3 accounts in our household that have just ticked over 12 months and couldn’t be happier with everything. We got an $8 a month discount for the first 12 months and now that that has expired they granted us another 12 months of the same deal after a quick chat with the chat service. Everything has lived up to our original offer and promises from the provider. It’s so easy to instantly check on data usage and coverage is great. More companies should be so easy to deal with and obliging..blown away. Thanks

Unreliable Service and Appalling Customer Support

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Circles Life. On December 27th, I spoke to a representative who confirmed specific terms regarding a promotion I signed up for. Although, when I attempted to activate my SIM, I was informed that the terms had changed, completely contradicting what was promised, so the promotion I was promised didn’t work.

When I sought clarification, I received a vague and unhelpful response stating that the marketing department is “working on it” and would substitute the promotion with something else. Before I could get proper answers or a resolution, I was disconnected from the chat entirely. To make matters worse, I was unable to reconnect with an agent despite repeated attempts.

This level of inconsistency, appalling communication, and terrible customer service is unacceptable for a company that claims to hold a Canstar rating. Changing terms after sign-up and failing to provide adequate support shows a lack of professionalism and care for customers. I cannot recommend Circles Life to anyone based on this experience. I likely dodged a bullet.

I only just starting using this app for about a month but based on all the other mobile service apps I’ve used before, and I’ve used so many, I haven’t come across an app service like this one. It’s simple, and it details everything you need to know so well. It gives you options on how to pay your bill, how to add data if you need too, add money if you need to call overseas, or turn off the feature. I mean, the way they’ve broken down the use of the app and it’s features, is just on another level. Whoever is running this app, they must know what they are doing. Thanks guys!!!
