Love it
I’m a StarTrack delivery driver, on my first day at job I was bit confused on how to set up routes when they give me around 70-80 articles to be delivered, luckily I found this app and it has saved my job. This app is the best in market for value for any courier drivers specially for drops more than 50 a day. I would like to suggest some new features that would even speed the work for courier drivers : i would like to see a new feature to scan or take pic of the address label so there is no need of manually typing each address. Most of the shipping companies print connotes with QR code’s which has the address in them, so implementing that feature on the circuit app can speed the workflow and free from errors. Maybe have a different subscription plan for this and try to implement inside app navigation rather than third party as it only provides one to one destination currently and drivers have to switch app every-time they complete a stop. These were my few suggestions after 2 weeks of use, but if someone is reading this review to see if this is time saver then this is my green signal 👍🏻
Best app for route optimisation

Auto suggestion of places is really excellent…
Suggestion - if possible, please include an option of one time payment for one time optimisation of route, so that people like me can pay once and get only one time unlimited route optimisation when ever they want rather than one month subscription as i really need this app only once in 2 months or 3 months regularly…
Almost had it
I’m an inner city courier and besides not being able to drag and drop stops freely on your routes, it WAS perfect, the app was easy to navigate and straight forward, it had almost no regular bugs and was overall great, then maybe a little less then a month ago the app changed and not only is the new lay out not as good, there is multiple bugs that screw with my day to day driving, it doesn't reroute properly anymore, there is always drops labelled as “+” that even if i specify to make first on the run it just won’t do it. Being that this app costs $30 a month which is already $10 more than the last one i used, on top of the glitches and not being able to drag and drop, i’ll be moving to a new app come the end of this billing cycle.
