Tired of checking what your neighbours are doing to know which bin to put out? We've got you covered!
-Add your City of Gold Coast residential* property address to see your bin collection schedule.
-Set a bin notification time that suits your routine. Bins must be out by 6a.m. on the day of collection.
* Note that schedules for commercial waste and non-council collection services are not available at this stage.

Yay! the bug has been fixed thank you
Thankfully, the bug has been fixed at the end. You were never able to receive your reference number as the word “excellent” went across the screen. It has now been fixed. Thank you very much.
The app is very user-friendly with prompts that are easy to follow.

Get the day correct, please!
We moved from our previous address over 12 months ago, changed address to new address but still get reminders for bins to be put out for the old address. But today I got another reminder to put my bins out tonight , just two days after my bins were collected.
Just as well I have my wits about me and not easily confused!

Hi there
Thanks for your feedback. Not sure if this is relevant for you, but the notification works by what is called a local notification, which is a bit different to a push notification. You may be having an issue if you put your phone on silent as it will suppress the notification from triggering.
If your phone was not on silent, could you please ensure your old address is removed as well as removing your new address and then re-add the new bin address in your app and set up the notification again.
