Notifications aren’t good
Each week I get a notification on my screen which bins. When I go into the app the notification isn’t there. Each week the number keeps going up on my icon even though I go into the app and the only way to get rid of the number is to delete the app and reinstall.
Could be great - if they managed it
Most of the app is average to good. User functionality could definitely be improved, as it is not as intuitive as it should be. The aquatic pages are sadly out of date. Two weeks into the new year & they still show Christmas operating hours; and the pool availability hyperlinks all take you to ‘page not found’.
Doesn’t even loa….
If we paid our rates as slowly as this app the council would be starting legal action.
It could be useful instead it’s ridiculous
