Worst company ever!
I bought two tickets to the Sagrada Familia to access the attraction at 5:00pm, however they send me the ticket voucher to access the attraction at 7:15pm. I complained with them as the Sagrada Familia closes at 8:00pm and it takes at least 2 hours to see it around! They claimed unfortunately they cannot do anything for me as it was in the terms and conditions that they can assigned another time if it is required. They did not allowed me to change times, day or cancellation. Therefore as I came to Barcelona only to see the attraction I had to buy the tickets again from the official site for the same day at 5:00pm.
I highly recommend you to buy tickets from the official site only!!! And don’t waste your money and time in this company!

As we indicate in the description of our website, if you wish to cancel or modify your reservation for entry to La Sagrada Família you must do it 3 days in advance. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
