When you start with Clara, you’ll be asked a couple of questions to help Clara understand where you’re at in your journey. If you’d like Clara to remember you, and adapt with your needs over time, we recommend creating an account. That will enable Clara to provide a more personalised experience. You can use Clara without an account, but Clara’s responses will be a little less tailored for you and your life.
HOW CLARA WORKS
Built with artificial intelligence (AI), Clara has been developed by Arthritis NSW to respond to each person’s needs and experiences. Clara breaks down complicated information, helping you understand what you need to know to confidently manage arthritis and feel in control of your life.
Using advanced natural language processing capabilities, which is a form of AI, Clara makes sense of the questions you ask and responds in clear, easy-to-understand language.
Clara summarises relevant information from a closed database of articles, fact sheets, educational materials and other resources about arthritis. By consulting this database, Clara offers evidence-based information, strategies and techniques for managing arthritis and helps you make informed decisions about your health.
Clara will only ever search the database and will never include information from the open web. All sources used by Clara have been developed by Arthritis NSW and trusted partners.
