ClickUp - Manage Teams & Tasks 4+

I’m one of those people addicted to “productivity porn” by way of searching for and trying every app.

We’ve just come off of Monday which I thought was good, but still lacking (much like Airtable, which is good but missing something) and then I came across ClickUp (again).

I had tried ClickUp a while back when the iOS app was quite clunky.

Having recently come back to take another look at ClickUp I can confidently say it has everything you need in a productivity suite.

It’s your accounts payable, your customer support, your internal work group administration, expense forms, leave request forms, document t wiki and more.

What sets it apart in my opinion is the documents and the level of customisation you can do to suit your company’s needs.

I particularly like the formula function in tables, great for running workgroup budgets.

There are not room at productivity tools that include gabby charts and dependencies in their standard offering, take Wrike for example - a fine Pm tool but you need to upgrade to get what I consider a basic PM function like gannt charts.

It’s clear to see a lot, I mean a lot of effort and time, thought and money has gone into developing ClickUp.

This is and asana and Monday killer and by far the most superior productivity suite I have seen to date.

I am a junky for project management apps. Whenever I feel overwhelmed with tasks, I put my work aside and start looking for task management solution online 😀. Believe me, when I say I’ve tried them all, I mean it.
I’ve been using this platform for last 6 months for my personal projects and It has all the features I need to manage that.
Their ios app is a bit light but their platform is powerful and loaded with features.
Definitely 5 star.
Tip: Setup your projects and tasks online and track them using the app.

When I found Clickup, after first few clicks and tries, I know this is the one I want. I shifted from Trello after using it for over 10 years to Clickup without thinking. I thought I would pay for using the features I need, it turned out to be free! Kanban, List, Mindmap, powerful doc or wiki are all available for free to use! Six star app!
