After I reset app to get up to date information it lost my schedule and now I can’t see any artist information. Have deleted app and reinstalled and no change

Maps don't work when you try to find the location of the stage. The app crashes.
Boo
Every time there is an update available it crashes and I have to do my schedule all over again. So sick of this. You're wasting my life.
