Tbh i don’t usually rite reviews but I have used it a few times now and found the book and pickup process so easy. Bus is always there pretty much on time. Drivers are always friendly too which is great!
I liked the fact I could book a heap of trips ahead of time so it takes less time than booking each one by one. Also, unlike the other on demand service I tried, it lets you book pretty much at the last minute (when I forgot to book ahead once, booked it on the train!)
So all round great idea and a good app.
Suggestion: Wifi on the bus would be nice!
The Service is 5 Star, The App is 1 Star
The CoastConnect Service is terrific - fast, affordable, friendly. The problem is that this App - our gateway to using the Service - is terrible.
The Destination/Pickup selectors Change on their own after you have entered your journey (it seems to assume it should override your location based on where you currently are, even if you are booking for hours ahead), the Pickup/DropOff Time selector also changes itself from the values you select to whatever the hell it wants.
Once you lock in a booking, the Service takes over and everything runs beautifully, but the journey to make that booking, in this App, is insanely difficult.
Hope the app gets fixed soon.

Bad management of times
I have been using this app since i started my new job 5 months ago and now since the new update i have to leave my house at 6:12 to get the 7:45 train?!?! How does that even make sense!?!? I really hope this is just a bug and not how it really works now. Disappointed that i now need a taxi tomorrow instead
