Bug :(

There is a bug in codeSpark. When I play to play a story that is grey colour, It said it needs to be updated and there is no updates for me. I want to rate it 5, but there was a bug. Is it because of the time zone? Please fix this!

Developer Response ,

Hello Crystal,

Thanks for reaching out. Good news: it's not a bug! The story was created using the latest version, which has new content that you'll only be able to see if you have the new version, too. Just update your app, and you'll be able to watch (and make games and stories with the new content yourself, too!)

If you still run into any problems, feel free to ask your parents to reach out to us at support@codespark.com. We're working hard to give you all kinds of new ways to code and play!

Thank you!

Hey guys, whatever you do, don’t forget to download this app! This has the Parent’s Choice Gold Award! And the money? It’s pretty cheap. Just one small problem: codeSpark Academy developers, today’s the day that Fooloween/Booville starts. But there’s no updates about it. If there will be a update later, can you deliver it quicker?

Thank you,
Lucas Herozap, Rocky Bananapenny, and Naomi Ghostglitch

Beware the billing!!

Good app, but be SUPER careful that you uncheck the box which automatically renews a yearly subscription. With no warning, another yearly subscription was deducted from my credit card. And for days I have been trying to access the ‘My Account’ section of the app to stop further payments, but it won’t work. It just would have been courteous to be given a choice prior to the next subscription. Busy working parents can’t remember random things that happened 12 months ago!! Costly mistake.
