Garbage- no support and does not work as intended
Have sent support countless emails about my issues that I can’t actively trade via the app as it does not synch my trade balances. No response. Disappointing as I really wanted this to work in conjunction with the web platform.
Still Needs work
This app detracts from the Coinigy brand. I cant see why they would continue to make it available without the significant improvements needed. I have tried the latest update as of 4/28/2020 and it is still unusable on an ipad. Horizontal orientation only works for the charts screen (not portfolio, favorites etc)
It has potential if it wasnt so frstrating to navigate. Can I suggest actually trying it out on different devices before releasing updates so you dont waste peoples time. Im deleting it again
