Making the switch from coinbase to Coinstash due to Coinstash being more user friendly and more than helpful in moving assets across without delays. So far from what I’ve noticed there are a lot more coins etc that are available and have all trade options available as well unlike quite a few other platforms. So far so good 👍

Very glitchy system not allowing me to withdraw crypto currency in app. So many times they are unresponsive forgetting to respond to Live Chat. Unable to choose which person. They put account under review all. I did was add money for the third time getting ready to send crypto currency. They decided to put my account under review for some foolish reason meaning unusable indefinitely. They told me that they would keep in touch not once did they get in contact not once did they. Since Wednesday it’s been tier two meaning I can do everything but withdraw crypto currency taking additional two weeks. Which is what I was trying to get an answer for what can I do while on tier two. I have to ask ting in Live Chat. For the week prior I had to keep asking basically the same questions to different areas trying to get a response. Ivan responded twice informing a silly responses I didn’t even ask the third time he was ignorant.
Appalling App & Customer Service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t bother downloading this app, the customer service is non existent and they are just downright rude and ignor you & your requests. And if the finally do decide to get back to it’s always a wish washy response or “their onboard team” are still looking into it. It’s like they have minimal staff working there. In order to WITHDRAW Crypto or $AUD on their platform you need to be a “Level 2” on their website it states a “Minimum of TWO days” in order to get approved for “Level 2.” They decided to play games with me and it took the over 10 DAYS for me to be APPROVED for “LEVEL 2” it’s an absolute joke of a platform. Then you have to deal with their buggy app, it’s a total mess, NOT user friendly, it freezes, constantly crashes, you can’t get live prices, it’s just simply the WORST CRYPTO AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGE, my suggestion is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would this up there if not better than apps and companies like Coinspot. Coinstash is a great app for the newer and sophisticated investor.I’ve been using Coinstash for months and it’s amazing how quickly the app has continued to improve by taking community feedback. They have the most listed coins than any exchange in Australia with the help of their De-Fi front end.
