It won’t let me change my password once I put my number in it says I’m logged in then I don’t get an email

Issue with PW reset
App won’t allow me to sign-in or reset the password. App recognises my mobile number as having an account, however it won’t send a password reset link as apparently my email address isn’t verified.
Can’t Reset Password
Tried everything but keep getting error messages because email account not verified. Wasted too much time an this app already!
