Coles 12+

Coles has the best online shopping, it’s user friendly. I log in on my phone internet (not through the app) and it has the category of my prior purchases, so I can scroll my regular purchases to remind me of anything I may need. You can even remove a product from your list if you don’t want to purchase it again.
You can also go back to past orders too.
Coles also shows the price of vegetables and fruit based on the weight, which tells you how much You’re actually getting, other supermarkets tell you how many eg apples you’ll get, but you won’t know if they are small or large, so you don’t know if it’s good value.
So thrilled with Coles

I’d been using the browser coles online shopping and quite happy with it when a invite to the app came up.. it was useless, couldn’t find any if my bought before items on app and then when you wanted to check out it transfered me to online shopping anyway… so what’s the point of that.. so I deleted it and continued with browser online shopping..
Last week a friend was raving about the Woolies app so I decided id take another look at the comes one as No Woolies in our immediate locality.. looks like some improvements have been made including I found a “bought before “ area however I couldn’t work out the difference between “bought before, lists and trolley, except I could see on the app what id just ordered on browser online.. worse still I googled to find some instructions on how to use the app but could only find browser online instructions.. so I still won’t be using it again… and if i had a Woolies in my locality i would be shopping there anyway… our coles is a dinky comes (a small one) and I have to go to the local independent’s every week to get things coles isn’t stocking.. so coles you need an overhaul on the app at least and probably on some stores… the next closest coles is way way better than ours..

My only reason for 4 star is because i think sometimes people are a little lazy possibly when it comes to packing order, as almost every time I choose to get substitutes, it will say no substitutes available for things like frozen chips, frozen nuggets and cheese … I feel like there’s always substitutes for these 😅 and then when I pick no substitutes, I tend to miss out on a lot of items, sometimes $100+ of my order… and a few times I’ve driven in to my local coles because they didn’t add in nappies or formula for my baby, and I get there (half hour to an hour after delivery), and the item is there on the shelf… so…. I don’t know 😅 the only reason I occasionally choose delivery is because I don’t want to deal with the stress of dragging my toddler and baby to the shop when I’m having a Tough week or something. Anyway, love the app. Not so much the effort put in sometimes from people…. Love your delivery drivers, everyone that has ever delivered to me so far is so lovely and chats to my daughter. 😊
