This update brings a whole new User Interface to Colouresque!

○ Colour Spaces Display colour codes in CMY or CIE L*u*v* colour spaces and find them in Colour Search. ○ Dark Mode Let iOS Dark Mode adjust the design of the app (iOS 13 or newer), or choose your preferred appearance in Settings.

○ Copy & Share You can copy and share colours directly from Playground by tapping and holding on the screen.

○ Personalised For You A new tab with all your favourite colours, tailored colour suggestions and settings. ○ Search & Find Colour Search gives you more relevant results so that you can find exactly the colour you were looking for. ○ Colour Identification Colours are identified faster. This means that the app can respond to all of your input instantly.

Some bug fixes

• Fresh Look: The colours of the light and dark themes have been refined to give the app a fresh look. • Colour Schemes: Redesigned Colour Schemes in Playground make it more natural to use and easier for you to navigate. • The Colour Picker Tab: A dedicated, new tab that includes the Colour Picker and a brand new preview of your recently opened photo.

• What's New: A new window will inform you about all the relevant changes of the app after each update. • New Typeface: The new typeface which is used throughout the app will give it a more custom and playful look.

Welcome to a completely re-engineered Colour Picker, which aims to provide a bug-free experience. A new popover window shows all the relevant details and actions for the focused colour.

This version includes a brand new feedback form (to be found at Settings > Feedback). New colour​ standards have been added (ANA, FS595) and bugs have been fixed.

Colour Schemes: When viewing the colour schemes in Playground, pull the view down a bit more to reveal a menu of all enabled schemes and quickly change between them. A scheme with monochromatic colours has been added and some schemes have been refined for an even more beautiful appearance. Search & Find: Your favourite colours can now be found in the system-wide Spotlight search by their names or colour codes. A new colour package has been added including all colours from the X11 colour standard. They can be found by name in the in app colour search. Colour Picker: Some improvements have been made to the colour picker. For example, when zooming in on the picture, the magnifier also increases its zoom. Also, the behavior when rotating the device has been improved. Elimination: This update crushes a ton of those nasty bugs throughout the app to make it work even more reliable and seamless.

Thank you!! :) *** COLOUR PICKER *** Add a colour to your favourites that you have picked from an image. Just select any photo or screenshot from your camera roll and tap on the area of which you would like to find out the colour. Tapping and holding reveals a magnifier so you can pick colours more precisely. (see "Add Favourites") *** MOST VIEWED *** Colouresque identifies which colours you view most often and emphasises them on top of your list of favourites. This works for the list of all your favourites and for individual hues. If the feature doesn't show up, you might have not added enough colours or didn't view them often enough to create a meaningful ranking. This feature can show up to 8 colours on iPads as well as on iPhones. *** OTHERS *** The schemes now show arrows that indicate if you can scroll further left or right. Last but not least: Countless bug fixes and performance improvement to make the user experience more swift and pleasant (fun fact: this is not just a phrase, it actually happens)

Beauty on the inside doesn't get you free drinks: Completely redesigned Favourites view and other design adjustments throughout the app. Allow yourself a sneak peek with Peek & Pop to preview scheme colours, favourites and colours added by code (iPhone 6S/Plus and later only). Tap and hold: on a scheme colour to set it as main colour and further work with it; or on the main view to share the current colour. New colour scheme: Split Complementary, which consists of the complementary colour and its analogous colours. New super smart and ingenious algorithm to identify a colour's hue. Easily reset your preferences with a new button in the Preferences view. And last but not least: Countless improvements behind the curtains which improve the overall performance and user experience ;)

Don't Be Afraid of the Dark: The app shows in a beautiful dark theme whenever light colours are selected. You can now rearrange Hues and Schemes on the Preferences page. Useful shortcut: Tap and hold on the favourites button on the lower right hand corner to quickly add a favourite by code. #workflow Press on the app icon to access useful 3D Touch shortcuts (iPhone 6S / Plus only).
