Lost my account
I absolutely love cooking dash, I have been playing it for ever and invested real money in the game! I had an issue today and reinstalled the game (stupid I know and found out the hard way) now i can’t log back into my account (I have pretty much completed every single venue) and it’s trying to make me start again. I have been constantly reaching out to customer care and they are not responding at all. Please help! This is my life I play constantly everyday!
Frustrating Gold Rewards Scheme Ruined an Otherwise Good Game
The game had so much potential and was fun, but I couldn't overlook the terrible gold rewards scheme. Although the game itself was enjoyable, the issues I faced with receiving promised rewards are quite upsetting. Firstly, I encountered multiple instances where I wasn't able to receive the rewards I was promised. While one of these problems was eventually resolved, the others remain unresolved. One particular incident stands out, where the game indicated that I was rewarded, but I NEVER received the promised gold. Despite reaching out to both Tapjoy and the game's support, they failed to provide any assistance. They kept repeating that they couldn't do anything since the reward was marked as "rewarded," completely disregarding the fact that I never actually received it. It was frustrating to see them dismiss my concerns without listening. As if that wasn't enough, the game's health insurance comparison task, which promised 5 free golds (which I also didn't receive), has become a nightmare. I'm now being bombarded with relentless phone calls from different numbers, saying they’re from the said health insurance comparison. It's an invasion of my privacy and really frustrating. I hope the developers address these issues promptly, as they are currently tarnishing an otherwise good game.
Money-grabbing game that keeps you paying...
I used to love playing this game, but lately I've been very disappointed with it and the way my feedback has been handled. - BASICALLY THIS GAME MAKES YOU PAY TO GET GOLD IN ORDER TO GET MORE UPGRADES, AND PAY GOLD TO PLAY MORE LEVELS AND MORE GAMES. BOTTOMLINE ITS VERY EXPENSIVE TO UPKEEP. AND NOW WORSE STILL, there used to be a gold bar reward awarded for every video presentation you watched in the past, now you DON'T necessarily get a gold bar each time you watch a video, which I think is ridiculous and below the belt in the money grabbing scheme of things. I also contacted Customer Care about this, saying there is a glitch, but they kept saying sorry there's nothing they can do about it or they're trying to fix the issue, but really, I think they created the issue in the first place on purpose so they can lure desperate players to pay for gold bars rather than earn them through watching videos. How cheap is that? I'm boycotting this game now.
