CopWatch is a community education program and app to help improve engagement, trust and accountability between police and the community. The CopWatch app lets you record interactions with police - safely and legally. The CopWatch app has a video recording function. It can be programmed to send alerts with your location via SMS to your family and friends during an emergency situation with the police. The app links to the CopWatch website for information on individual rights and obligations when dealing with the police.
