Ratings and Reviews
Great except delivery location
The food side is perfect. Ordering is fine. But the location finder is quite often wrong, and with a wayward compass the only way to insert the address I am often simply unable to place a delivery order. If I could type in my address or if the app remembered my past delivery address, I’d be fine. Without either, you lose my willing business about half the time. It’s a shame.
App needs more
I was expecting the app to be used to make reservations and to be able to order in whilst dining. Also no cocktail menu guessing because it’s only for takeaway delivery. Should mention in the app info that is it purely for takeaway and delivery
Terrible app
Really poorly thought out app - can’t just manually enter delivery address and even trying to organise pickup is hard from fining the right store to paying etc.
The food itself may be good from the store but ordering is horrible - no idea why they don’t just have a working online ordering system via their website rather than make you download a seperate and clearly incomplete app. Odd business choice - ended up buying elsewhere.
