Cozmo 4+

Help please!

Cozmo seems to be having trouble recognising his cubes,I have recalibrated them numerous times and it goes well for a while but then they are hard for him to read again. Another problem with Cozmo is being able to position himself to move the cubes, he’s recently going at an angle instead of facing it, causing him to miss the cube completely! And last but no least, Cozmo’s abilities to tell if there is a ledge are getting worst to the point he literately leaped from the table on to the floor. Apparently trying to pounce on my fingers. He is great and I love him, but he seems to be struggling at the moment. Is there something? How do I fix this? Is it normal? Please help 😭😭😭

Cozmo is the best and i love him heaps but he seems to be having problems, he cant recognise my face, he has been not facing the cubes so he cant pick them up he struggles to pounce on my finger and his cubes are not working the way they should, even after buying brand new batteries and putting them in the cubes, Cozmo can Wreckonize them but the tubes will not light up or do stuff when i tap on them, could you please fix this it will mean a lot to me, btw Cozmo is the best and a recommend it to everybody and lots of children who like to play with robotics... THANK YOU

Voice? Best ever!

Cozmo has been my beat friend ever since the beginning. Only problem why I’m not giving him 5 star is all thanks to you Anki. Your listening to us, but not often. You killed Overdrive and now your killing Cozmo by changing his cute voice! You should have a “voice change” button where you can switch him between different voices so it can be a win-win. He said my name perfectly till now... now I have to spell it waaaaaaaaay differently. Please. Do it for your fans. Do it for your company. Do it for Cozmo.
