Cribbage Classic 4+

Playing the program at pro level I got a hand with 4 eights. When I scored it (12 points), the program mugginsed me twelve points for not also scoring each pair of eights separately! And that cost me the game! However, apart from that, this is a very good app.

Later - it happened again! This time I had 3 twos in hand and one turned up, and again the program refused to score it and then mugginsed me again. I would have won that game otherwise!

Really nice app, just imaging sitting in the Bahamas with a rum playing cribbage on an old wooden table...

Easy to use, even will play Muggins on you - if you decide!

Anyway, have given this little masterpiece top rating for sheer beauty in its simplicity, I did try several other cribbage apps today - most seemed over concerned on the board it’s self, leaving the cards too small to play for hours on end, one was rather bumpy ‘delux version’ lol’ and the worst of all was the top advertised cribbage app - revolting 45 second adverts and no way to turn them off - really spoils the groove having to listed to some dick in a suit while your relaxing playing your favourite game.

Anyway, the only little thing I’d as with this app is to be able to remove the teeny tiny little advert band on the bottom - please ;-)

I am a cribbage newbie. This format is helping my game. When selecting cards for the box (crib), I tend to select what I think, and then check by way of a hint. If the computer suggests different cards, I then try to work out why. This in turn has helped / is helping my strategy. The only thing I don't like is when a win is registered (and I know it doesn't matter, because the game is over), but I can't see how many points I scored or the computer scored as they disappear too quickly. Other than that, this is a great app. Well done.
