Fit for Purpose.

We searched for an app to manage our pipeline for some time and while there were many good apps they all did too much. Much too much, crossing the boundaries into other business territory. I count myself fortunate to have stumbled on Pipedrive which does what we want with ease and with some surprising richness such as its webforms, importing, email and smart lookup. etc.

Wonderful, but here’s a suggestion...

I love the app. Any changes made on desktop goes straight to the app. The UI is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to make their work organisation a bit easier. One suggestion. Maybe in the app somewhere in a future update allow the user to scan a business card and collect the details instead of putting them in manually. Of course the ability to edit such details would be there. I know there are other apps out there to scan business cards but I’d rather it be in one of my favourite apps.

Haven’t been able to login for 48 hours due to server error

Have been using for 18 months and it has been reliable. But access went down 2 days ago and multiple requests of help desk and they cannot solve problem. Help desk are all very sorry and friendly but cannot get their techs to fix the problem. Have lost business as a result. Not sure if I should wait and write review when I know how long it is down for in total but very frustrating.
App is missing functionality. Cannot search info on deal titles once they are classed as “sold” which works fine on web app.
