Want to reset game from beginning iPhone 11+

How do I delete and reset Cross Fingers to play from the beginning? I’ve turned off Game Centre, deleted game, and re-downloaded it, but it won’t reset to the beginning?

Fantastic brain stimulating game

I have just deleted and downloaded this game for the 4th time because I love it so much. Every time I finish the levels I start again. It will have your fingers going and brain thinking.
